How Do The Nubers Work Out?
Hi all, i am starting the new year with a new company in this foreclosure business i am a rehab invester and i would like to move forward .So how do your numbers work out, as far as sending letters www.out.Lets say i send out 300 a month how many phone calls back should i expect to get so and so on.

This is all based on the verbiage of your letter, how many letters your customer has received, your customer motivation and the list goes on and on.
Response rates are hard to place in a box when it comes to dealing with individuals in foreclosure.
