HOA Fee For Foreclosure House
I am new to foreclosure market and will like to learn from expert like you guys.
Do I have to pay unpaid HOA fee of a foreclosure house I get from sale under power in the front of a court. This is in Georgia.
Check your state laws. In NC, the answer is no.
