i have a scenario and need help it is a cash out refi client has a 597 mid score 12 months bank statements 12 months cancelled checks. Loan amount 640k state fl self employed80%ltv. In fl.. this is a property i am on and i need to take my name off the loan and the other person needs it in their name please help....
