Help! I Need An Investment Partner(chicago)
Is there any one that could help me get started, I have found some properties that are fsbo, 2flats greystones. tenants are living in the properties,they are in good shape with equity in them. Terms to be discussed!!! I'm just trying to get my foot in the door.

I am in Chicago as well. Just curious, are you looking specifically for owner financed properties?Let me know as I may have two for sale by the end of December if things go right.

yes this would be considered ,let's keep in touch but for the most part what I have been trying is partner with people that have good scores in which we can purchase the property, pull out some equity to split , minus carry over cost which would be deducted from my part . the purchasure would then quit claim the property over to me until we can refinance then the purchasure would be clear of all responsibilities and I would even offer a percentage upon the sale of the property.
