yes hi i live in new jersey and i was looking at hud homes for sale and i seen one for $7,700...now w/ my dad being a master carpenter and myself knowing the trade well would it be worth looking into trying to buy the property restoring it and flipping it real quick or renting...what are all your guys recommendations?
