Having Trouble getting listings!
Hellloo and good morning all!
I am having trouble getting listings from brokers for my local REO's. I have e-mail and left messages with several brokers asking them to e-mail or FAX me a list and NADA. One person replied and she only had 2 listings! I want to go full force here and I am getting No Where! Can someone help? I have not done foreclosures yet but would really like to. i think i can do it and am ready to make offers ASAP if someone would just tell me where!!!! ARRghh..

I say find a desperate poor agent.
You can shape these agents, and if you find the right one, they will learn what you are looking for and learn how you works.
With my agent, we have access to her MLS ourselves, we can borrow or use her commission as needed, we can talk directly to sellers or sellers agents to cut down middle men, and she never questions any offer we submit.
We found her when she was just starting out, and now it seems we have the best parts of having and agent and of being an agent. (It does help that we are MB's and send her some referals I think)
