Have A ?

I am looking at a property. I can not find the owner who is in foreclosure. How much information can I get from the title company that published the the house in foreclosure?

You must find the owner. Bakersfield is too small a place to play John Doe Deed or adverse possession etc.
Start with the neighbors. Check the old Grant Deed see if there is any info when he went into title. Check the mail. Send a letter with a please forward on it to the property. Check the Morgue see if I am still there I'm the one with the pink tag on my toe. Check the Hospitals and then yes then check police records he may be vacationing in the Joint. Then the Utility companies are they forwarding a bill. If nothing call me and for the pure hell of it we shall start the secondaries.

    Have fun. Lucius

I usually go to the tax collectors office, and find out where the tax bill is mailed. That usually gives you where the owner lives, and the name.
