I am looking for someone to work with me on Northern calif. properties. I would like to buy and flip, and how can we go wrong in this market!! Investors/lenders please contact me!!

    hi pinky,

    I have a few private investors as well. I live in sAn jose but waiting for my home to be completed in Manteca, CA. We can fund in as little as 5 days but it depends on the scenario, LTV, etc... You already have my personal email address. Maybe when I move we can do a few transactions together. take care.
