Getting Started
I am receiving information on properties from this site on homes for sale. If I wanted to act on any of them what would you recomend I do. Being that I don't have any income at this time I prefer to Birddog. Any Birddogers out there or investors seeking birddogers to help me get started. Please help. I am currently out of work and seeking to get started in creative real estate investing preferrably tax lien, forclosures etc. but I have to use some one elses money at this time to build up an income and to learn all I need to know before going on my own. I'm seeking some help from the best to get started. Please!!! Is there anyone out there willing to help an unemployed sister get started before I lose my own house.

also you'll learn to us OPM soon enuff when you need to get stuff that you need for REI. trust me, i'm now starting right now too and it takes time, patience, and the true will to learn more about this. its not a get-rich-quick thing, you gotta want to learn as much as you can. yeppers
