Getting Started In Rehabbing Foreclosed Houses...
I am looking to get started in rehabbing foreclosed houses in Chicago. If anyone can help me figure out the process of doing this I would greatly appreciate it. My biggest concern is the rehabbing itself, ie; contractors... How to find them and what hints anyone can give me would be appreciated...

I rely on the creative investor association in my city that I am active in. You can usually find reputable and reasonable rehab contractors by doing this as other investors in the association can give you first hand knowledge of the contractor.
Also this website should prove to be of help as I know we have posters from the Chicago area. Any Chicago investors want to give Drummer boy a helping hand? Good Luck.
