Foreclosures On EBAY
Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone has any input on the foreclosures that are listed on EBay.
Are these decent listings, or are they just ones that no one wanted because there wouldn't be enough profit in them? I don't really know much about foreclosures, and I was just wondering if Ebay was a decent place to find some of them. Thanks for everyone's input! 
You can usually find the ones that are listed on ebay in your local MLS system.
For example, I've been working on picking one up that my realtor sent me via the MLS. This week, the same property hit ebay - about a month later.
Oh, on another ebay occasion, we drove out to the property to look at it. There was some guy inside working on it. So we talked to him. Turns out he bought the house several weeks back and was rehabing it.
So, if you find one on ebay, chk out your local mls and save some bucks.
