Foreclosure
we were sent a letter that we were 3 months behind but we were not we have all cancelled checks and such.so we thought that made the paper null and void but i got served the other day that the court is going to have a court date to sell the house. we are trying to get help but one place wants to put a lien on the house if we qualify. not sure wat to do. please help
