Are you referring to a free list, or a list that you purchase and then arrange for monthly delivery?

Have you used the lists? Do they seem to be accurate?

You can go to local county goverment and obtain this list for free-it is PUBLIC RECORD-JUST ASK FOR THE CASES WHERE THE ATTORNEY JUST FILED A SUIT OF FORECLOSURE-that simple!

the lists are free and are delivered via email. I have called on some of the properties listed and so far everything is accurate. I like it because you can get them as soon as someone posts them....

You can sign up in the Real Estate Section

Also they have regular "for sale by owner" listing in EBAY.....

Theres got to be some motivated sellers if they are auctioning on EBAY

i would recommend acutally going down to your courthose/trustee's office/recorder's office and figuring out how to get the list before it's posted to any site.....that way you get it first instead of having to wait until your county get's the notice, record's it and then makes it available on a website
