Foreclosure In Chicago Bronzville Area
She is a retired Air Force Lady, with an additude, but she likes me a I want to try to help her. She has a warehouse that can be converted into lofts. She also owns 3 lots surrounding the building. The other lots are City Owned. I have sent several investors over to her, but they say her price is to high. How can I lock this property up without being a realestate broker. She really wants to work with me but I don't want to get screw out of this deal. She is willing to deal with someone who would give her one of the units after they are built. She is in foreclosure. It seems like everyone is waiting for her to loses it.
