Thank you Tailfeather that helps do you know any internet address that can be used to track the county addresses in different states and also my state Delaware please help
County recorder can help with the foreclosures. If you have someone that works with a title company they can also pull them weekly/daily if you need to. As far as the tax sale contact your county treasurer or the tax assessor's office in your desired county. Hope that helps
