Forclosure Vs. Preforclosure
Hey Guys. I was wondering what is the most profitable venture? I know that w/ pre- for. you have the possibilities of shortsales. Well it seems that alot of investors also make alot of money with forclosures.
Any input????
What are some guidelines for working with forclosures???
How can i get the best deals, and can I flipp these types of properties?

bigdreamsgary you're my boy so I'm going to keep it real go to your local bookstore there are a 1000 different books under 20 bones that focus solely on foreclosures and pre foreclosures.
Every investor here is going to have his or her own opinion on what you should or shouldn't do. I say educate yourself and bring back specific questions about foreclosure deals here.
Or you can check the Los Angeles Public Library. The database can be accessed online.
I've found some good information there for NO money down! Get it? hahaha!

Pre's - Focus on Shorts and Subject to
Fore's - Focus on the condition of the home, the worst the better!
With the foreclosures, you can buy and sell each home twice! Figure this one out!
