First Time Buying Redemptions Rights
We have someone is willing to sell their redemptions right, they have given us a Authorization to Release Loan Information. The bank is Chase. We have two things working againist us, first there is only two weeks left on Redemption Period, does anyone know if Chase is very willing to bargain a little. We would like to get them down about 8k the house only needs little painting, otherwise, profit would only be around 7k(already taking out expected exp). The other thing is that the people have it with a realtor , which had had it almost 5 1/2 months( they have it price to high). We found it thru the court house. But I don't think the people can give us a redemption rights, if they have it with a realtor, has anyone dealt with anything like this? Also sould I go to the law firm that has done the forclosure or try the bank myself? I would appreciate any thoughts people would have on this, THANKS TO ANYONE WHO ANSWERS!
