I use the legal notices in the News papers for my sources
You can get a notice of default list by county from your title co for free.
Does that apply to most title companies in every state, I live in AR trying to look for pre-foreclosures.
Is the time between the notice of sale and the actual sale what you are calling the pre-foreclosure time period.unless you motvated seller calls you. [ Edited by txchopper70 on Date 03/16/2004 ]
