Finding Bank REO's In South Texas
Howdy!
I just finished my first real estate investment, and did very well on a foreclosure. People have posted that Bank REO's are the way to go. Any suggestions, and how to find the bank properties? Do you call the bank and ask them if they have any properties, then make them offers. I would appreciate any advise that you could give me on Bank properties. Also if you have any more ideas for real estate here in South Texas, that would be GREAT
