Dwan-- Regarding your wholesaler
I noticed in a post you will typically get 30 days to close a short sale with the lender and then wholesale the property within that 30 days. Do your wholesalers typically have cash to close immediately or do they have to go through financing? Financing would probably cause them to go over the thirty day timeframe.
