Does Anybody Know The Answer To Any Of These?
Does anyone on this forum know what constitutes a lien from a taxing agency which does not consent to a sale? How about Easements constituting servitudes upon or burdns to the property? how about finding info for a property about "special taxes under the Mello Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982" would they be listed at the county assesors? What about "Unpaid assessments under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 which would not be satisfied by proceed from the sale, where can I find those? And last but not least- what would constitute "Liens for special assessment levied upon the property conveyed which were, at the time of the sale, not included in the amount necessary to redeem the tax defaulted property, and, where a taxing agency which collects its own taxes has consented to the sale, not included in the amount required to redeem from sale to the taxing agency" What on earth does any of this mean? does anybody speak this language? please help
