First off, I would not call myself an expert but I will try to answer your question. A property that is a good investment is a good investment no matter who is selling it. I have bought two VA foreclosures this year and they were both frustrating. Ocwen trys to sell at FMV, no matter what condition the property is in. They also dont seem to negotiate. They say no or yes. The two I picked up were on the market for well over a year before they came down in price, and the only reason they were deals is because the price of property went up over that year. I also had to pay all closing costs. From now on, it will have to be a great deal for me to deal with them again. good luck.
