Comparible Values
I have a problem with an appraisal on a house based on comparable values. What happens when a house is not built like the houses in its area? For instance this house is built using Rastra blocks, and has lots of custom work. The main problem is its half built, but will be great when completed, also it’s in an area where the land is just selling and not many custom homes are around.
How do I handle the comparable sales issue?
