California Real Estate License

I recently got my real estate license but not working under a broker. Do I have to disclose my license? Does anyone else in here who invest in foreclosures have a license? Whats your experience? thanks.
I just got my license, I havent worked under a broker, Im still trying to decide if I want to go under a broker. The broker may not like the idea of me investing, but im not sure. Especially in foreclosures. Therefore no I have not worked under a broker. Are you licensed and working as a realtor and do you invest?
NO you do not have to disclose you have a real estate license...
Not sure why you wouldnt but you dont have to.
In every contract I tell the seller that I have a license and that there is not agency relationship established.

Now if youre a Realtor it is an ethics violation not to disclose that a principal is a Realtor.
