Bird Dog Mailed 7 Honeydew Mellons.....

Just received a call from my bird-dog in so.florida.
He mailed 7 honeydew mellons 3rd class mail, and six of the seven homeowners have called back. So after laughing I was informed that he wants me to run the comps and do quickie title searches by monday. ( another weekend shot in front of the laptop. ( but I'm not crying) And he needs a second memory chip for his camera. ( $69.00, no problem)

I'm not sure what the lesson is here. I'm flying by the seat of my pants, just like everyone else.

( 7 honeydew's.......you know thats funny.)

Appointments start Monday so I'll keep you in the loop.

( I told him to try to get one of the mellons back, to get a picture. )

The lesson is he stood out from the crowd.

Mass mail people spend a lot $$$ trying to get you the consumer to open the letter. Not only did your biddogs letters get opened they got read and responded to.

    Jason,

Knowing you and the way you get deals, you will probably squeeze that seventh deal out of those six "seeds" that responded.

    Great marketing

He's very tight lipped, but I am trying to get a digital picture.

1 mailing label ( stuck with glue)
1 return address written on the mellon with a sharpie.
    1 message that read's " Call me I'll explain
    (239) **Please See My Profile**

He's never done this before with me. I'm sure glad this guy is on my team.
