Best Way To Know How To Do The Right Paperwork?
I read a lot of REI books and they all explain different approaches to creative financing with pre-forclosures, but what is the best way to learn just what legal documents you will need and how to properly fill them out for all of the different possible ways to get control of the house? I mean, I feel like I could probably do a pretty good job of figuring out what is the best way to do the deal, but then there is all the legal paperwork to deal with.
My question is, when you first started out, how did you guys figure that part out without making legal mistakes?
Thanks!
Kevin
I agree you will have to handle your first few deals with an attorney if you dont have any experience.
You can also use generic contracts to close deals, but you have to understand the wording in order to protect yourself.
If you have the buying power, you should have an attorney draw up all of your contacts, or buy some of those really cheap courses and use their contracts.
