Hi.

I’ve just heard that deeding the title into a land trust and bankrupting it in order to stop foreclosure is illegal.

Is it really?

    Hi Darryle. How are you doing?

    Jeff Kaller said that in his course. It was just quick sentence and only thing he said was something like creating an entity to bankrupt is illegal. No futher explanation was given.
