Suppose the date "listed" for a property was June 27th, 2003, When does the actual auction take place??
That following Monday?? (June 30th) or a later date to be determined???

What do you mean by "listed"? Usually, when a property is ready to go to auction a Notice of Sale is placed in the local newspaper. In the Notice of Sale ad, it states the date the property will be auctioned off.
