You are operating too close unless you are very experienced. I would halt a bit, check sale date and moniter it only.
With list in hand attend the sale, All those properties that show no improvement or are lacking in addresses. Watch them wit great care, you might even write down Buyer information including address to which the new upcoming tax bills will be sent. Now that list may have a value. Mostly they are buys by people who have not checked out the properties. Now the taxes are up to date and how about a mailing offering to buy. You know they are motivated, they just bought. Check carefully the values and start your offers.
It should be profitable. It always has been. Very low downpayments. Hold for the raise.
