Absent Owner
Been watching the farm area. New boarded up property appeared. 
Found property in NOD from Title co. The listed owner was not living there and post card comes back No Forwarding Address :-? . Property should be going NTS either end of this month or next month. How can this property be aquired? FMV has 100% or more equity.

On page 5 I found a thread that gave hints and warning about finding the lost owner. Vacant House have I hit an Impass Here? The post was dated 08-11-2004 to 08-19-2004 and was very helpfull.
