a current objection
a was talking with a prefor the other day and got the " why do you need my deed to help me sell my house"
how do you guys overcome the stigma of the DEED?
any other objections you hear while talking to preforeclosures?

The way I understood it, in a preforeclosure you are buying the house from the seller. That is why you need the deed because you are going to be the new owner. Unless the seller agreed to let you take over his loan payments, but still you are purchasing the home and need the deed. You are purchasing the home "subject to existing mortgage."
