Can anyone offer a suggestion for an accurate and up to date foreclosure website?

Check your email. I sent you two I know of but it's my understanding that the realestate agents have the same information.

Chek with a local attorney that might subscribe to a legal newspaper which lists foreclosures. Sometimes they get them a couple of days before the RE agents

Stock's advice is the best I've seen yet on this topic. It'll definitely get you more up-to-date information than any foreclosure website that I've seen.

Thank you everyone. I am looking into all of these suggestions. As a new attorney, I am also trying to develop a practice that will help support our new REI business as well as other REI's.
