Just wondering if it is worth to spend your money on foreclosure websites. Or just go to the county clerks office and get the lis pendens for foreclosure.

Why would you want to spend money for something that you can get locally, for free?

Because some people find value in paying for information that is organized, easy to format and upload for marketing, and some sources are earlier than what you can find in the paper/periodical or online.
Free isnt always the cheapest way to get information.
The person asked a question, and if they want to explore their choices, they ought to be able to ask about it, NO?
This site seems to be more and more resitrictive and combative than in the past..
For the orignal question, do a search on a place like google or yahoo for foreclosures databases..then see if what you find is worth it to you.
I use a site, but I am sure if I list it and I am not a senior member or I dont tell you to go here or there on this site, then it will be edited. There are sources out there.
