I looked up sharkbait online. Looks like a nifty program. Question I have is how much does it cost per month to download foreclosure data from "reporting companies" on average?
It seems to me that, in order to really use the software to its potential, you would need to have the info pumping into the system rather than having to enter it by hand.
When I was using SharkBait, I used dataquick for comps, which was $100/mo. Though I could never get it to work with SharkBait.
I got the foreclosure lists, which was in SharkBait format from www.foreclosure.com which was about $80/month.
Just to let you know that****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** is only $9.99/month. It also list some fsbo's. They also give a 30 day free trail.
Good Luck!
Lets try this!
I am not affiliated with "bargain" them just "dot" like thier "com" service!

I'm interested to find out what it does - does it go grab foreclosure info for you online or something to that extent? Let us know
I own SharkBait.
It works GREAT in California. Though, not so great in Georgia.
You have to be in an area where sales data is provided.
You also have to be in an area where foreclosure data is provided.
If you do not have one of these two data providers, then SharkBait is useless.
Also, Sharkbait is really setup for how California Foreclosures work and as we know, foreclosures are different in every state.
Hope This Helps,
