In Gainesville you can go to county clerk of court"s web site and find this information for free.

    www.firstpresron.com

free website from the company who in fact manages all the foreclosures in Florida.

The website address is spelled incorrectly: the 'r' change to 't' for preston vs presron. This website is usually posted on the 'notice' sheet taped to boarded properties. They also offer a toll free number: 1-800-934-3009.
    Have a very prosperous day.

    Yulia,
    Just for the record.
First Preston does handle all foreclosures that end up with HUD.
But there is a whole group of other foreclosed properties that are not handled by First Preston.

Look at the counties local newspaper....they have legal notices of forclosures listed. Good Luck
