Foreclosure Redemption Rights
I am looking for some advice from anyone who has done this, I am considering buying the redemption rights from another investor who is in bankruptcy and now has property going into foreclosure, who should/could I deal with the owner in foreclosure or trustee, and what exposure will I have, if any. Home has mortgage 95 % LTV , and lender has turned down 75 % LTV www.already.This is in Kansas
If you fully understand redemptive rights, only you can decide if it's worth it to proceed. Frankly, I'd walk.
