Foreclosure Process Timeframes
I have a question for someone to help with. We are working a property with a private lender who is foreclosing on his borrower. The borrower can not be found and as such the public notice process has created quite a delay. The lenders attorney has stated he must wait another 60 days. The notice has been published twice already. I think the lawyer is jerking this lender around (older gentelman with lot's of $). Can anyone tell us what the timeframe process is for the state of Florida when the borrower can not be served?
Any information would be apprecaited.
A defendant served constructive notice must respond to the complaint within 30 days after the publication of the notice of action.
