Foreclosure Next Door
My neighbor is losing his home due to a divorce. Goes up for auction in a month, he doesnt know Im aware of this. How should I approach him? I think he would go for the deal, If I can get him out of the liability for the house. And where can I get the forms to talk with his bank to see what he owes? Theres at least 18K to 22k of equity in the house.
