I use www.RealtyTrac.com. Sometimes their addresses are missing numbers but other than that it works for me. Oh and they are slow updating status's as well.

I just signed up for realty trac what are some more helpful hints?

I copy and pasted the contact information for mailing my pre forclosure letter.

hm.. couldn't find anything on that first preston website,
how are you using it? do i have to contact them?

What about the First Preston site? The old site that use to have HUD properties always had a lot of them available in my city but since they took over now there is only one property in my county(Nash. Tn.)I also wonder what happen to all the daily bids that were
there, we had 3 pages of them and now they are gone too.>>> George :-?

I don't know how it is in Fl. or if you are looking for sales that are foreclosers to be sold at the courthouse such as the Trustee sales, They are usally listed in the daily record. Its a paper that is specific to legal notices. Or they are usally listed in the smaller papers not usally in the bigger, because of costs of advertising , which is the reason for not usally listing in the larger papers. Some other ways are going to the court house and get the NOD's some places you can get on their email list for monthly fees. I haven't found any sites that are up to date or any good , But if you do let me know. There is alot of resarch and luck going into buying them also if you go to the trustee sales usually they want full payment on day of sale. Good Luck hope it helps.

The county will have a list of going to auctions at the clerk of court

If you're looking for Pre-foreclosure (Lis Pendes and NOD's) try S.B.R.E.C. I think their website is www.sb-rec.com. For auction info - you can find it online at the county recorders website

Try your local legal newspaper. They list the forclosures everyday. ( found at major book stores)Great leads but if you want the info before they get to the legals, go to the court house and look up the nod's
