under california civil code 1695 for foreclosure residential property, the previous owner has a right to repurchase the property in two years. The question is at what price? Thank you very much for your answer!

    I’m no attorney, and may be completely off base, but the only thing I’ve ever seen is that if you violate the Civil Code, then they have 2 years to rescind the transaction. If you don’t, they have no rights whatsoever to buy it back.
