Foreclosure Law Where To Find?
Can anyone tell me where I can find foreclosure laws for New York .I surf the web can't find anything that makes since. If you have a url just give the name to the website. unless you have reached sr status for posting urls.

Can tell you where to look...
Go to your county's foreclosure court house (circuit court?) web site. There will be a section call foreclosure sales/auctions etc. - and in that section they will mention which statutes of the state's law they are following - pull up NY state's official website and go and look up that statutes.
That's the way I researched my state's laws... if someone else got a better one - I will be glad to hear it too!
