Foreclosure In SC Due To Predetory Lender

Hello,

Unfortunately, I just found this forum, probably too late... my situation is I was facing foreclosure due to a mortage I was talked into to finance a business by an accountant I thought was a friend. I have since learned he later was charged and/or sent to jail for questionable investment schemes.

My business failed, and for the last 6 months have been unemployed and only recently employed in a job which does not pay enough to pay my bills.

On top of that, anxiety disorders run in my family, and I am currently seeking help as I have realized that between the anxiety and the general anxiety from simply not being able to eat, I have been "frozen" and unable to think rationally about what I should do.

Before I find help for what to do, the lender sold my house at a master at equity sale. They have offered to let me stay by paying rent, but I am even more unsure and paniced now.

Any help or advice on recovering from this situation, or how to negotiate a period for me to get back up with the new buyer is welcome. You may find my contact info from this forum or visit my webpage at****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's***

If the foreclosure hasnt fully happened yet there may be a way to save it. If however it has already gone through then it is time to move on to bigger and better things. Check my profile for my email address if you need help.

    Good Luck,
    Kyle
