Foreclosure In OREGON
Hi..I'm "new" to r.e. investing..have bought a house that was going into "nod". My question is: is there any one out there that is in Oregon that are "doing" foreclosures, and what is you success "rate" ? What problems have you encountered?
I joined a "r.e.i." group, end of last year and "short sales" was the rage, that has some what died down. Yet I now see the "local guru's" developing "mentor" programs..so some feed back would be nice. I'M In This For The Long Run.
