Foreclosure Help
i need help with a foreclosure i closed on a proeprty 11/05 the house was supposed to be done a year after that( well at least in a perfect world) at the time of the clsoing i was making good money however the builder took his time which after the first year i called the bank to see if i can get a different contractor and they said no.. and also after about two years i lost my job and the house was just getting completed so i used all my money on another house to live in and also for the new construction the bank said they will work with me but has not.. the builder is still not done with the house.. and there are some major and minor problems one other thing is that builder had my money for a year just sitting in his accouint or making him money please help the house is being transferred for the foreclosure procedings..
also the property is in fl..
