Foreclosure Flips
I have couple of propeties in texas which I have bought under appraisal value but seem to have this problem. When some one puts in a contract, their lender want a 6 or 12 or 24 months of seasoning of title. May be I can help them If anyone knows any lenders in texas that may not require a seasoning of title. Please help me get over this hurdle.
