I have talked to an REO broker who outsources these services on behalf of the lien holders. The banks have a bid process here for these services... through the REO broker. RE license not required. Might be a good way to make a few bucks and get a foot in the door to vacated/abandoned property.

We use clearscreening*com. It was suggusted by someone on this website. The cost is very reasonable and you get the report immediately.

If you extend your rental property empire to Frederick, I will gladly give you the name of the property management company I have been with for 20 years and still counting.

Offer them cash out for the keys. Advise them that you have bills also. Give them 48 hours to make a decision no more Mr. Nice guy.

Advise them you will move them out and place there items in storage for 30 days no cost and give them $500.00 to move or you will take them to court get the FED and sue them for the back rent plus costs.

Then get the judgment and take there wages. Business is business.

Maybe Kids Management Company in Frederick has a connection or resource in Balto.

Some realtors or managers are selling individual eviction or court support services. Let your fingers do some walking. Call Call Call

    How far away are you?

    Do not delay; file.
