  No, I am simply looking for Real Estate "for sale" signs at a good price. I Just need a sign that has my company name, contact phone # and says for sale. You know,a "realty" sign.

  Custom signs are not cheap. If you wanr them to last get the metal ones. Not sure what the costs are today. Costs brakes for higher #

  I pay like $50 for my signs at the local Fast Signs store. I thought this was a decent price as they will last forever. Corregated plastic is a little cheaper, but when you add teh metal frame, it makes more sence to buy metal.

  If you are a new REI and have a house or two to sell, I wouldn't go to all the bother and expense of buying custom made signs. Go to Home Depot, or such, and buy the pre-made signs. You can then buy stick-on numbers for the phone number. From a distance of 10 feet, it will look pre-printed.

  It is my intention to delibrately not look like a FSBO. I have my own company with logo etc. and I may also list other peoples houses in the future, although that is not my primary goal. I want professional signs. I just thought that there were others on this site that had company signs and that they knew where the deals on them may be on the internet.
