Hello Mr. Locke. After reading so many posts here on TCI I have to say you are a very experienced Investor (and a very noble person).
I was wondering if you could perhaps in a brief paragraph break down what Sub-to is all about. Also what would be the best candidates for these types of transactions.
I am very interested in your programs but to be honest I have no idea what sub-to is.
