Following My Possible First Deal
I got this idea from another post that someone put up and the post stated the problem and people gave there imput as the problem unfolded.
I was driving down the street the other day and saw a big apt complex that had a condemned tag on the front window. So I went and looked up the information on the county tax web site and found out that the building was assessed at 360k this year. Im not sure how many units are in it cause the category that its in is
4-19 so looking at the building im guessing about 15.
The owner of the building hasnt paid taxes on the place in 3 years. He also owns about 20 other buildings with only about 2 of them he paid his taxes on in the last 4 years. (somethings going on just need to find out what) Im going to go to the county and municipality tomorrow to see if i can find out why it was condemned and the owners name.
Well thats where Im at now. Ill keep you posted as the deal goes on. Anyone with any advice or idea the info would be greatly appriciated.

Sounds like you found something worth looking into. Don't get set on just this one property. Always keep you eyes and ears open as you never know what you can come accross. Don't dismiss anything either until you know it isn't a good deal.
