Florida, Myrtle Beach, Vegas Condos
The condo market appears to have changed over the past year. What deals are looking good to you in these markets? Do you prefer pre-construction, condotels, or conversions? With so many too choose from it can be hard to determine which, if any, are the best deal available.
I invested in two preconstruction condos in Myrtle Beach only about 4 months ago. The condohotel has virtually sold out and already the sales price has increased by appx. 50K already. Of course there are no guarantees but I have been very happy with my investment so far.
